Trials, memberships & packs

The 3-class intro trial is valid for two weeks from purchase. Memberships (Reset Unlimited, Midweek Unlimited) and class packs activate on purchase.

Cancelling a class

Please cancel or reschedule a booked class in the Glofox app within the cancellation window shown for that class; late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session. The exact window is confirmed at booking.

Refunds

Introductory and promotional offers are generally non-refundable once a class has been attended. For any question about a specific booking, contact the studio using the details below.
